For this reason , the filter manufacturers recommend replacin g them on average after four cleaning cycles . “ This does not happen with our Cleantech system , thanks to the presence of nitrogen , which allows the cleaning of the filters even a hundred times before having to replace them , and in this case , mainly because of mechanical |
failures not of the residues . After having developed the Cleantech 400 and 700 ( whose acronym identifies the diameter of the internal basket ), following the same principle we have recently created a much larger oven , dedicated to the cleaning of extrusion heads for the production of bubble films , which normally must be completely dismantled by specialized technical companies , taking 4 - 5 weeks and at exorbitant costs . With our Cleantech 1500 , on the other hand , nothing is disassembled , but the complete head ( even weighing 20 tons ) is loaded into the oven . When it comes out at the end of the cleaning cycle , it is ready to be used in the production line .”
THE RESULTS The numerous tests carried out on the Cleantech oven at the premises of major Italian manufacturers of extrusion heads for films

were really satisfactory , considering that some of these heads were completely dismantled to verify the actual degree of cleanliness , resulting perfectly clean and ready for the production cycle . „ O-Life , among other things , is not limited to working only with us , but we are building a franchise network around Europe for the rental of cleaning equipment to be used for a five-year period exclusively in the countries covered by the franchise contracts . “ At present the franchise is only operating in Poland and Romania while Turkey and the Netherlands will join soon . Outside Europe , we will open an O-Life brand service point in Mexico . Finally , within the next year we will introduce another oven with the same technology but horizontal , 9 meters long , to be installed here in Azzate to clean screws , barrels and flat heads ” Petrelli concludes . |
