NAB is continuing to increase its agility in projects by applying all the CMMi practices and collaboration models that we know and love. Obviously we are using all the latest buzzwords, like Cloud, Transformation, being agile over doing agile, etc :-) This talk will go into details on how we started the journey, how we managed to maintain momentum and where NAB stands at the moment. Stephan is sepg lead and founder of the internal group that started the journey. Chirag is agile capability uplift lead at nab. Together they hold 30 years of experience in driving process improvements across continents and organisations varying from 10 people to the size of NAB (4000, just IT)
