We are doing gift card promo's that add $10 to a $50 gift card and $25 to a $100 gift card.
We are strongly going by what the government mandates and due to the consistency and
number of extensions for the closure of non-essential businesses, its very difficult to keep our
loyal customers in the loop of a reopen date without having to revise and adapt frequently,
causing possible confusion or disappointment. We have instead chosen to communicate through
social media about at home workouts, self care, skincare tips and tricks, healthy eating, and how
some of the team at our spa are handling this (good or bad). It’s helping us keep in touch with
our customers through this as we are all in this together.
We don’t not have anything in place yet. We are still unsure of an opening date.
We have done a gift card promotion, offering 10% off.
We made a newsletter quiz about the spa for loyal guests and and visitors.
We will do a media push about our temporary “new reality” but don’t plan to discount right away.
Will increase our local advertising
Will over-deliver with extra value per service. Ie: upgrades with eye treatments, specialy skin
peels & serums, gift with purchase. (Free product with service).
Will will be offering special pricing to health care workers and up to 45% off for our locals, but
this all depends on a re-open date.
