We are in the process of building a re-opening plan so it's fluid at the moment. We will bring
back providers one at a time while the business builds. This also allows for social distancing. We

We will be offering a temporary menu as things will be moving more fluidly and changing.
We will be re-evaluating all the menus, the schedule of the services and the sanitization
procedures of the property.
We will not book groups of more than two, we will potentially limit services like manicures right
away.
We will phase menus back in eliminating high risk treatments (i.e. facials, manicures) in phase
one.
Will add Reiki (non-touching) to menu. Removing hot stone massage. Remove the steamer in
facials. No double services or spa parties. Only one person in the spa at a time, allowing 10
minutes maximum in the lounge after treatment. One hour between guests treatment bookings.
Shoes off outside the entrance door to the spa and hospital grade disposable slippers are to be
worn in spa. No coats or extra clothing. Digital temperature checks. Possibly ask guests to
shower before facials and body treatments.
Will be revaluated upon clients request.
Will purposely stagger treatment starting times to reduce amount of potential clients in spa
lobby at any time.
