Respondents were asked to share details regarding menu changes their spa has implemented or plans to implement as a result of COVID-19. A sample of responses is provided below.  Change to acupuncture treatments  Create a menu of snacks port treatment so they can reqiest it in advance  Currently creating new services with minimal touch more energy treatments meditation, stretch type massage, etc.  Electronic consultation form  Eliminated sinus relief treatments  Energy work  Enhancing sanitation and hygiene SOP's and treatment modifications.  Extending length of clean up time between services.  Highlighting wellness, immune building treatments.  I may not be providing hot stone massage for a while at this time none  Increase outdoors fitness class and massages  Launching spa self-serve options for guests, focus on meditation, including meditation within new services  Longer treatment offerings with more sanitation time in between appointments  Menu is reduced already to classic/basic treatments and massages.  Modified number of treatments available per hour/per day based on YTBD government guidelines for Phase 1 - 3 reopenings. Modified time allowed in the facility to accommodate all guests based on new guidelines YTBD.  More express clothed treatments  More of wellness treatment, family packages  No menu changes at this time  No menu changes but we will make efforts to avoid customers in common areas.  No plans for menu changes at this time. As we get closer to opening, we may do some restrictions on certain services but are unsure at this time.  None to date, looking at treatment length, pricing and possibly limit selections initially.  Our members have put a fund together to support of employees financially. As of now we are still paying all of our staff and have not had any layoffs.  Plan to offer reiki.  Possibly increase recovery time between services, so that there is less crossover between clients and employees.  Possibly taking manicures off of the menu temporarily  Reduced menu and longer flip times between services to allow more cleaning time of rooms  Reduction of non-popular items  Restrict couples massages 8
