Produtech is a metal punching and laser cutting machine supplier , specialised since 1993 in the manufacturing of coil-fed machines . It designs and produces lines for sheet metal processing .

“ In particular , our lines match laser cutting and / or punching-forming technologies with the coil-fed working mode , providing various productive advantages over traditional sheet-fed mode ; each line is a unique solution in the market and is customised to user needs . Produtech manufactures three different models of sheet metal punching machines and the ISEO laser cutting machine . It also manufactures a combined punching and laser cutting machine , EffiCOIL .

For over sixty years , Salvagnini has been designing , producing and selling flexible systems for sheet metal processing . Its panel benders ; punching machines ; press brakes ; fibre laser cutting machines ; FMS lines ; automatic store towers and software have found applications in over 170 sectors .

Automatic set-up and tool change are two features of its B3 . AU-TO press brake . The AU-TO automatic tool change device and the ATA automatic tool adjuster , which adjust the length of the stations , significantly reduce press brake re-tooling , increasing autonomy and productivity while reducing lead-time .

“ Adopting scalable and modular automation in bending brings significant improvements in the machine ’ s availability , extending its independence and flexibility ,” explained Salvagnini .

The new 2225 model of its P2 panel bender was unveiled worldwide last year at LAMIERA . Salvagnini has also developed its ADLU loading / unloading device and MCU automatic sorting device ( in 6020 size ) for processing sheet metal formats of up to six metres in length for its L3 fibre laser cutting system .

SafanDarley , the Dutch inventor of the servo-electronic E-Brake bending system , is moving increasingly towards the digitally controlled factory with automated , modular and software solutions .

They can even expand the E-Brake with the SafanDarley Robo Mate to create a lights-out production environment in the future ,” it added .

At EuroBLECH in Hanover , the SCHRÖDER Group will be showcasing a selection from its wide range of machines for folding , cutting , beading ,

MAK 4 Evolution UD . flanging and rolling . The highlight of this year ’ s presentation will be the complete automation of folding heavy sheets . A MAK 4 Evolution UD will feature a robot that loads the machine with sheets of up to 6mm thick and 3000 x 1500mm in size , placing the finished product on a palletising station .

“ Thanks to the pneumatic gauge in the machine ’ s advanced handling system and the machine ’ s up-and-down bending beam , the folding machine runs through the entire production process with no manual intervention . The entire automation solution is controlled via the Schröder control system . No knowledge of robotics is required . The solution presented is the result of a strategic partnership with STARMATIK , an established automation provider in the sheet metal industry ,” outlined the manufacturer .
