Fladder Danmark will introduce a new HYBRID extension for its GYRO machines providing cold , calibrating grinding and deburring . The FLADDER 300 / GYRO HYBRID includes the GYRO part for deburring / edge rounding ( central oscillating and rotating gearhead with six counter-rotating spindles , equipped with FLADDER abrasive cylinders ). The HYBRID section for grinding is an extension unit with a long-belt grinding unit , working across the machine ’ s feeding direction .

Grinding pressure is generated by an oscillating contact wheel which presses the grinding belt towards the surface of the workpiece . Critical heat accumulation is avoided , said the company , because of the swift and short contact time on the workpiece .

“ There is no workpiece discoloration or deformation . Damage to the grinding belt is not repeated on the workpiece surface . The GYRO and HYBRID functions work together at any feed speed ,” it said .

InspecVision specialises in automated 2D and 3D measurement systems for inspecting and reverse engineering sheet metal parts at every stage of production ( including flat , folded , welded or assembled parts ). Manufacturers worldwide use InspecVision ’ s technology for quality control , improving efficiency and reducing waste .

At EuroBLECH 2024 , InspecVision will showcase its latest innovation : the Guidance and Verification system ( GAV ). This production technology trains operators on how to complete assemblies and verifies if they are assembled correctly , highlighting any errors in real-time .

“ Our systems save hours of inspection time , improve part accuracy , increase the percentage of parts inspected and reduce waste ,” it said .

GIZELIS SA , a manufacturer specialising in press brakes and shears since 1968 , will unveil the ROBOBEND system — a solution integrating a robot into the press brake ’ s body to create a highly productive , hybrid robotic cell . It can be operated by an operator for small batches or run fully automatically with non-stop 24 / 7 production for larger batches .

“ We will introduce the cutting-edge G-HYBRID series , combining the robustness and versatility of a hydraulic machine with the energy efficiency , eco-friendliness and noise reduction of an electric machine . We will also showcase the patented , unique and fully electric G-ELECTROCUT 3006 shear ,” it said .

Additionally , the manufacturer will present solutions for machine interconnection , remote accessibility and IoT compatibility at EuroBLECH 2024 in Hanover .

MultiCOIL + PivaPunch .

Pivatic and Vaski are co-participating with two stands at EuroBLECH : 11-E136 for sheet metal and 11-G15 for flat bar .

“ On the sheet metal stand , we will demonstrate a new PivaPunch line solution that integrates the fastest multi-coil system in the world into a standard coil punching and cutting line . A fully automatic coil change system is paired with a fluid ongoing punching and shearing process . The MultiCOIL vastly increases flexibility in kit production from different material types ,” said Pivatic Oy .

On the flat bar stand , the companies will showcase the automation of flat bar production with modern technology . On display will be the VaskiPUNCH Legacy , a fully electric punching machine for copper , steel and aluminum flat bars . Vaski is also introducing the new VaskiBEND , with automatic bending tool-changer , designed for bending flat bars .
