Prima Power has applied a servo-electric drive system on the eP-Series press brake : a rapid , non-hydraulic bending solution . Prima Power hP-Series is its hydraulic pressbrake model for the high-tonnage market . It combines energy-saving and sustainability in its ECO package and features an Adaptive Crowning and Reflex system . The hP can be connected in tandem or integrated into automated lines or robotic cells .
At Blechexpo 2023 , Prima Power will showcase a manufacturing line including a combined punching and laser-cutting machine ( Combi Genius ), a loading , unloading and stacking robot ( LSR ), a servo-electric press brake ( eP Genius 1030 ) with integrated toolchange storage , and a 7-axis industrial robot .
PROfirst CAD / CAM software includes the 3D-Unfolder module for sheet-metal parts and processes components with improved tool-based adjustment of the bending factor . It is much faster as the assembly-analyser recognises identical parts . A new web calculation module enables customers to determine the prices for their DXF / DWG / STEP sheet-metal parts online .
RoboBend in Denmark has introduced its mobile robot cell for sheetmetal bending .
“ It ’ s compatible with existing press brakes on the market and has easy-to-use software that ensures high capacity and high-quality bending , even for smaller batch orders ,” it told ISMR . ROLLERI SpA has produced a “ ROL200 ” clamp for press-brake tool punches . The patented system enables pneumatic or manual vertical clamping for punches . Its QuickLock-System , compatible with Rolleri tools Type R2 and its ROL200 compatible with Rolleri tools type R1 , have been developed and manufactured in its production facilities . Its Vario , the patented die of variable “ V ”, is a tool on the press-brake bench that varies the openings of the die through the CNC or through a manual system .
Rolla-V supplies a comprehensive range of press-brake tools , as well as the patented Rolla-V .
At this year ’ s Blechexpo , SafanDarley will present the new H-iBrake , a new range of intelligent hydraulic press brakes with an accent on energy efficiency . It will also present its fully in-house-developed software platform , ASC-Control . Together with AutoPOL and RoboBend ( offline software ), ASC-Control enables SafanDarley to offer a total package for all automated solutions .
It will also be showing its intelligent lightsout factory solution E-Brake Mini Cell , working with Kumatech ’ s Pallet Jack ( AGV ). Machines from its standard product range , such as the H-Brake Hybrid 110T and the E-Brake 130T Ultra equipped with an intelligent bending aid ( the I-Mate ), will also be showcased .
At EuroBLECH 2022 , SafanDarley demonstrated the E-Brake Mini Cell and R-Brake in a separate area , dubbed the ‘ production environment of the future ’. With the R-Brake , the press brake and robot

are integrated into one modular system . The automatic tool and gripper change are linked to the machine and , with the product , are programmed offline using SafanDarley RoboBend offline simulation software . The robot can be traversed horizontally along a gantry of six metres above the press brake , leaving the floor in front of the machine free for supply and unloading stations .
SafanDarley also showcased the E-Brake C 200T with Tool Mate , an external automatic and intelligent tool changer , at the exhibition in Hanover last October . The latest model in the hybrid range , with advanced dual hybrid drive for lower energy consumption and increased productivity , the H-Brake Hybrid + 230T Ultra , was also on display . SafanDarley also presented machines from its standard product range such as the H-Brake Hybrid 110-1600 and the E-Brake 130T Ultra equipped with an intelligent bending aid , the I-Mate .
ATA is a proprietary Salvagnini solution which makes it possible to automatically adjust the length of the bending tools of the Salvagnini B3 press brake to the part being processed . It is available on many of the company ’ s press-brake models and can be configured to customer production needs .
Automatic set-up and tool change are the two most obvious features of the B3 . AU-TO press brake . Impacts is the new environmentally focused tool that measures the consumption of electricity on the B3 pressbrake . It is the first step towards calculating volumes of CO₂ equivalent to each single manufactured component .
B3 . AU-TO is available in four models , with maximum bending length of three or four metres and maximum force of 170 or 220 tons . The option of using WILA tools for mixed re-tooling ; integrated adaptive technologies ; Direct Drive , KERS and new possibilities in the software further extend performance .
