FOCUS ON BENDING
Agile is its new automatic tool changer for press brakes of up to 640 tons x 8 metres to facilitate bending with frequent tooling , complex set-ups and expensive , heavy tools . It handles both punches and tool adapters , enabling boxes that are 290mm tall to be bent , even by large press brakes . The company also offers automated bending lines for Industry-4.0 applications .
HACO ’ s bending portfolio includes pressbrakes with capacities ranging from 40 to 2,000 tons and working lengths from 1.6 to 10m . Its EuroMaster S press brake ( with applied Robosoft FastBEND-2D control and multi-touch technology ) offers a working length of four metres and 400 tons of capacity . It also builds custom-designed press brakes as well as tandem and tridem press brakes to bend very long sheet e . g . light pole forming . Robot bending cells are also offered .
Its PressMaster model features high positioning speeds , energy-saving functions , advanced safety optics and user-friendly bending simulation software on the Multi- Touch controller . Other models include the SynchroMaster press brake , FastBEND-2D MT Premium , hydraulic conventional PPM range , high-capacity HDSY range and automated bending options . Its hydraulic conventional PPM press brake line ranges from 400 to 3,200kN with bending lengths of 1.6-4.3m .
French manufacturer , Jean Perrot , celebrated its 60th anniversary recently , part of the 160-year-old PINETTE P . E . I . industrial engineering group . In 2022 it purchased GADE , a press brake manufacturer in Ferrara ( Italy ) with 32 staff . At the Global Industrie exhibition in Lyon ( France ) this March , it showcased its largest ever press brake ( a Maneo Premium model of 540 tons and 3m length ). It focused on heavy press-brake and ancillary technologies / accessories at the show .
Jean Perrot offers a range of premium / midrange press brake models ( Maneo / eManeo Premium LCS , APHS and APHS-C ) as well as Maneo XXL and Tandem / Tridem press brakes . It has also designed a hydraulic system to boost the speed of the Maneo press brakes ; the Maneo GV press brake ( from 75 to 250 tons ) has been designed for speed ( approach , bending and return speeds ). Automated robotic bending solutions are also offered . Adding GADE products to its range now means that it can offer hydraulic , electric and robotic press brakes to customers going forward . It showcased its first GADE robotic cell at LAMIERA in Milan this May .
Its semi-automatic high-speed bending centre , with automatic tool-change system , is specifically designed for high-volume production runs . This 250 ton / three-metre Maneo press brake is equipped with three different types of punches and three different types of dies . A part which needs nine bends is ready in less than 75 seconds , the French manufacturer told ISMR . Bending cell accessories include the TOOLBOX modular system for tool storage , loading and unloading ( single or double entry ) and new motorised sheet followers on press brakes .
“ Our Maneo press brakes can be connected in a Tandem ( two press brakes connected ) or Tridem ( three press brakes connected ) configuration . Our Tridem press brake — up to 32 metres x 2000 tons — can bend long and thick sheet-metal parts ,” it explained .
Making its debut at Blechexpo 2023 in Stuttgart will be a new automated bending solution from LVD Company NV . LVD has also added the Dyna-Press 60 / 20 to its line of Dyna- Press high-speed , electric-drive press brakes . The 60-ton machine provides two metres of working length and a five-axis back gauge to handle a wide range of applications at bending speeds up to 25mm per second . A 60 / 20 Pro model is equipped with LVD ’ s Easy-Form ® Laser system for greater control of the bending process . The Pro model also offers an optional custom-made crowning system .
Its Ulti-Form robotic bending cell , for short and long production runs , offers a fast “ art-topart ” process . It features a 150-ton automated tool-changing press brake with built-in tooling warehouse integrated with an industrial robot . It is equipped with LVD ’ s Easy-Form ® Laser adaptive bending system .
LVD ’ s auto-adapting gripper automatically adjusts to the workpiece size . A complete line of standard press-brake tooling is available for machines from 120 to 30000kN . The manufacturer also offers the ToolCell XT automated tool-changing press brake , with extended tool storage capacity , and Dyna-Cell automated electric press brake cell for highspeed bending of small to medium-sized parts . The company also produces its PPEB Series hydraulic press brakes with two- , five- or sixaxis back gauge and the PPEB-H press brake for heavy-duty bending .

Using rotating supports , the process mimics a folding operation with minimal to no marking of the sheet metal . Its Ultraform PBT™ pressbrake forming adapter combines Mate ’ s Ultraform ® thick turret forming system with its new universal press-brake forming holder . Users can produce electrical knockouts , louvers , lance and forms , embosses and stencils on a press-brake .
Mate ’ s press-brake tooling also includes a full array of European Precision and WILA TRUMPF-style punches , dies , standard specials , “ Bevel Tang Style ” press-brake tooling , specials and accessories , all available in segmented , full-length and half-length sizes .
It now offers modified standard and custom press-brake tools that supplement its extensive range of standard hardened and precisionground press-brake tools ( PBT ). Standard , modified and custom tool styles in North America are available in American Precision Style , European Precision Style and WILA TRUMPF Style .
Murata Machinery ( Muratec ) was established in 1935 . In 1989 , Muratec merged with Wiedemann . Press brakes include its BH dual drive and BB screw press brake with Videre operator support system .
Turkish manufacturer , MVD Makina Saniya AS , has manufactured press brakes , shears , punch machines and laser machines since 1950 . It offers a range of press brakes such as the B100-3100 iBend hydraulic bending system and D320-4100 press brake , its H135-3100 ( hydraulic and electric ) model and the 100 % electric E100-3100 iBend press brake .
Its iBend C series of press brakes can configure up to a maximum of 12 axes , has large throat depth and stroke , a heightadjustable control panel and automatic heightadjusted front support system . At EuroBLECH 2022 , it showcased its iBend hydraulic press brakes B100-3100 and D320-4100 with new design , its servo belt press brake E100-3100 and hybrid press brake , H135-3100 .
