At its meeting on 29 August 2023 , the Supervisory Board of voestalpine AG reached a decision to extend the mandates of three members of its Management Board , and appointed two new members .
Herbert Eibensteiner remains the Chairman of the Management Board of voestalpine AG for another five years . He is currently responsible for the “ classic ” CEO functions such as strategy ; strategic environmental management / sustainability ; R & D and M & A . He has been a Member of the Management Board of voestalpine AG since 2012 and its chairman since 2019 .
The mandates of Hubert Zajicek , as Head of the Steel Division , and Franz Kainersdorfer , as Head of the Metal Engineering Division , were also extended by a further five years each .
Reinhard Nöbauer will become a Member of the Management Board from 1 April 2024 , and the new Head of the High-Performance Metals Division . He succeeds Franz Rotter , who will retire on 31 March 2024 . His time on the Management Board will initially run for three years .
The Supervisory Board will decide promptly on a successor to Robert Ottel , who declined an offer of the Supervisory Board to extend his contract as CFO . Ottel ’ s period in office ends on 31 March 2024 . The successor to Peter Schwab who , at his own request , will not be

extending his Management Board contract beyond the current period in office ( expiring on 31 March 2024 ) will be announced shortly .

Ursviken ’ s new sales manager for Germany

Swedish sheet-metal bending specialist Ursviken has appointed Henrik Häseler as sales manager responsible for the German market . He has over 20 years of sales experience in the sheet-metal processing industry and direct experience with sales of punching machines , laser cutting systems and press brakes as well as tooling for punching machines and press brakes .
“ At Ursviken , I am looking forward to continuing my collaborative , fair and solution-oriented customer advice and support . Together with my Swedish colleagues , I offer customers solutions even for complicated tasks ,” confirmed Mr . Häseler .
