The 80-ton , two-metre X-Press Next 80 / 2000 4.0 press brake is equipped with a two-axis back gauge ( X-R ) for more stable support of the workpieces . The versatile X-Press Next 30 / 1250 press brake is for small part bending and offers a range of accessories .
“ The new X-Press Next Hybrid press brake is equipped with an innovative hydraulic system that makes it even more ecological and efficient . Thanks to the brushless motor , we can precisely control the movement of the ram using a minimum amount of oil and energy ,” added the Italian bending specialist .
Gasparini has also brought out AIC AirSlide pneumatic tool adapters , a barcode reader , wireless pedal and the X-Press SuperCustom Edition , a new line dedicated to deep-box bending . The company has also developed its GPS4 angle measurement system for press brakes . Complex shapes , with Z-bends or with narrow flanges , can be bent and set-up times reduced . Agile is a new automatic tool changer for press brakes of up to 640 tons x 8 metres to facilitate bending with frequent tooling , complex set-ups and expensive , heavy tools . It handles both punches and tool adapters , enabling boxes that are 290mm tall to be bent , even by large press brakes .
The company also offers automated bending lines for Industry 4.0 applications .
HACO ’ s bending portfolio includes press brakes with capacities ranging from 40 to 2,000 tons and working lengths from 1.6 to 10m . Its EuroMaster S press brake ( with applied Robosoft FastBEND-2D control and Multi-Touch technology ) offers a working length of four meters and 400 tons of capacity .
Its PressMaster model features high positioning speeds , energy-saving functions , advanced safety optics and user-friendly bending simulation software on the Multi- Touch controller . Other models include
the SynchroMaster press brake , FastBEND-2D MT Premium , hydraulic conventional PPM range , highcapacity HDSY range and automated bending options .
French manufacturer , Jean Perrot , offers a range of premium / mid-range press brake models ( Maneo / eManeo Premium LCS , APHS and APHS-C ) as well as Maneo XXL and Tandem / Tridem press brakes . Automated bending solutions are also offered .
“ Our Maneo press brakes can be connected in a Tandem ( two press brakes connected ) or Tridem ( three press brakes connected ) configuration . Our Tridem press brake - up to 32 metres x 2000 tons - can bend long and thick sheet metal parts ,” it explained .
Bend angle accuracy is maintained along the entire bending length using a combination of the hydraulic dynamic crowning system and the laser control system for measuring and correcting bend angles . Bending cell accessories include the TOOLBOX modular system for tool storage , loading and unloading ( single or double entry ).
LVD ’ s new Ulti-Form robotic bending system .
LVD has introduced Ulti-Form , a new robotic bending system featuring an automated tool-changing press brake designed to keep bending productivity high and handling small batches and long production runs with low changeover time .
“ Ulti-Form features a 135-ton press brake designed using the ToolCell platform , our automated tool-changing press brake , integrated with an industrial robot . The press brake houses a built-in tooling warehouse and uses a gripper mechanism in the machine ’ s back gauge fingers for quick and efficient tool change ,” LVD told ISMR .
At Blechexpo 2021 , it also introduced the latest CADMAN 8.7 software version , which enables users to integrate ancillary operations into the sheet metal flow ( such as deburring and tapping ).
LVD ’ s Industry 4.0-ready laser cutting , bending , punching and software technology make for an easy and smooth transformation to a more competitive workshop . It also offers the ToolCell XT automated tool-changing press brake , with extended tool storage capacity , and Dyna-Cell automated electric press brake cell for high-speed bending of small to mediumsized parts .
“ Our Easy-Form 80 / 25 press brake is equipped with the Easy-Form ® Laser in-process angle monitoring and correction system . The press brake adapts , in real-time , the ram position to ensure the desired angle from the first bending operation . The bending process is not interrupted and no production time is lost ,” the company told ISMR .
Synchro-Form is LVD ’ s next leap in adaptive bending technology and a new solution for large-profile bending . The company also produces the Dyna-Press electric press brake , Easy-Form ® series press brake and PPED Series hydraulic press brakes , featuring a multiaxis back gauge , CNC V-axis crowning system and a 15 ” version of LVD ’ s TOUCH-B graphical icon-driven CNC controller .
LVD also recently launched its Resource Centre , a new online portal offering fabricators 24 / 7 access to information on new sheet metalworking equipment , industry trends , ideas and strategies to advance their business .
