Using rotating supports , the process mimics a folding operation with minimal to no marking of the sheet metal . Its Ultraform PBT™ pressbrake forming adapter combines Mate ’ s Ultraform ® thick turret forming system with its new universal press brake forming holder . Users can produce electrical knockouts , louvers , lance and forms , embosses and stencils on a press brake .

At Blechexpo 2021 in Stuttgart , live demonstrations of Prima Power software for
smart manufacturing were made for visitors to experience how a single module can schedule and monitor the entire manufacturing process , all technologies involved and all levels of automation . Prima Power displayed all its software packages to support different levels of production automation .
Prima Power has applied a servo-electric drive system on the eP-Series press brake : a fast , accurate , non-hydraulic bending solution . Prima Power hP-Series is its hydraulic press brake model for the high-tonnage market . It combines energy-saving and sustainability in its ECO package . It also features an Adaptive Crowning and Reflex system . The hP can be connected in tandem or integrated into automated lines or robotic cells .
The robotic bending solution offered by Prima Power allows a high level of integration and automation for programming ( offline CAM ), connection to ERP production management and planning , as well as feedback and reports in line with Industry 4.0 .

Rolleri SpA has produced a “ ROL200 ” clamp for press brake tool punches . The patented system enables pneumatic or manual vertical clamping for punches . Its new QuickLock-System , compatible with Rolleri tools Type R2 and its new ROL200 compatible with Rolleri tools type R1 , are the latest innovations developed and manufactured in its production facilities . Its Vario , the patented die of variable “ V ”, is a tool on the press brake bench that varies the openings of the die through the CNC or through a manual system . SafanDarley is a Dutch bending specialist . At Blechexpo 2021 , it presented the E-Brake Mini Cell , a fully automated electric modular system for producing small complex products .
“ With the optional automatic tool and gripper change system , it is possible to quickly change between different products . The Mini Cell can be equipped with a pallet dispenser to automatically load new pallets and remove finished products . Programs for the E-Brake Mini Cell can be prepared off-line with Robobend off-line simulation software . All movements are accurately simulated and programmed in advance ,” it said .
It also showcased its AutoPOL offline bending simulation software , a modern 3D system for programming press brakes off-line and unfolding 3D CAD files . With the optional Batch & Remote functionality , user can automatically program multiple single 3D files ( significantly reducing programming costs ).
