Follow Through !
One of the biggest aspects of our job as a skincare provider is following through with our clients / patients . This is imperative , it builds trust and ensures a high standard of care . Calling / Emailing / Texting ( whichever your office uses ) will let the client know that you remember them and are just as invested in their products as they are . If you ’ ve sold product , check in to make sure they know how to properly use them . Better yet , be sure they go home with written or emailed instructions to avoid confusion . A day later , check in . Ask them how their skin is looking and feeling post treatment , review their post care and answer any questions they may have . Before connecting with them , check the books and see when their next appointment is scheduled . If one hasn ’ t been scheduled already , remind them of the frequency they should be seen and try to secure the booking in advance . If they ’ ve already booked , let them know you ’ re looking forward to their next appointment and are available by call / text / email in the meantime .

When you ’ re busy , its easy to forget names , faces and conversations . Keep notes about your clients- obviously
