According to preliminary observations,
the occupancy of hotel rooms in Armenia
has a strong fluctuation between 40-90%
(depending on seasonality), but the
average annual occupancy is around 65-
70%.
The
regional
distribution
of
hotels/resorts is the following:

It is evident from the graph that hotels
and resorts in Lori Marz are not many,
though there is high demand for such
services.
Thus, we believe that Lori Marz, being
one of the greenest regions of Armenia
with beautiful nature and mild climate
may become a perfect place for new
resorts.
