Samaritan Society Fort Collins
Village
Pathways places great emphasis on forming positive relationships with
numerous facilities across northern Colorado. We are grateful for each
of these relationships, especially our longtime partners, such as Good
Samaritan Society Fort Collins Village.
The Good Samaritan Society has been the country’s largest provider of
nonprofit senior housing and services for nearly 100 years. They have
six communities in northern Colorado, and their Fort Collins location is
celebrating its 45-year anniversary this year.
Good Samaritan offers the complete range of senior care for about 120
individuals – independent and assisted living, long-term skilled nursing
care, post-acute rehab and therapy, and medical and nonmedical in-
home health care services.
Pathways has worked with this incredible organization for more than
15 years and provides extensive hospice care and palliative care for
their patients. Our relationship has only grown stronger throughout
the years, and Good Samaritan especially appreciates the sound clinical
care, compassionate nurses, and comprehensive palliative program that
Pathways provides.
To celebrate 45 years of serving the northern Colorado community, Good
Samaritan is looking forward to a full week of activities this September,
culminating in a Rock-a-Thon (keeping a rocking chair rocking for 45
hours straight!), followed by a pancake breakfast on Sept. 15.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our partnership with Good Samaritan and
look forward to working with them for many years to come.
