Strengths: One of the main strengths Peter Pilotto hold as a brand is that they are already well established in the luxury market and have a regular space at London Fashion Week. They also have a unique brand image as the prints and designs they sell are very different from most designer brands.
Weakness': A weakness of Peter Pilotto is that outside the luxury market, they are not as well known. I know this because in my research survey most of the people I asked that didn't regularly shop with designer brands also hadnt heard of Peter Pilotto. Another issue is that within the market they are better known for more formal pieces than everyday wearable pieces.
Opportunities: A big opportunity through this collaboration is to become better known for more wearable day wear but also to break out of their typical market and attract a new younger audience that Victoria has with her followers.
Threats: The main threat with this collaboration is that I don't want to take away the unique brand image Peter Pilotto has worked hard to establish by removing the bold prints totally.
