• Strong communication skills( verbal and written)
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
• Ability to climb stairs and walk for extended periods
• Ability to tolerate exposure to chemicals, cleaners, and solvents
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach heights up to six feet, and lift / move items up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment
• Ability to use telephone and radio communication
• Normal or corrected vision, color recognition, and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
