Schedule Options:( 2) Part Time Interns: Wednesday – Friday, 10:00 a. m.- 4:00 p. m. OR( 1) Full Time Intern: Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 a. m.- 5:00 p. m.

Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Operations Intern will work directly with department leadership to gain hands on exposure to the operational, administrative, and strategic components of managing a multi-venue hospitality environment. This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to how decisions are made at the leadership level and how these decisions influence team performance, guest experience, and overall business success.
Through job shadowing, administrative support, and participation in departmental meetings, the intern will observe and assist with operational planning, event coordination, financial review, and crossdepartment collaboration. The role provides valuable opportunities to learn about large scale hospitality operations, leadership development, and business management, skills that are highly transferable to many professional fields.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Shadow Food and Beverage leadership to observe daily decision making and operational execution
• Assist with administrative tasks including document organization, scheduling support, and preparing meeting materials
• Participate in operational planning, including reviewing staffing, service flow, and venue readiness
• Support special projects, events, and promotional activations as needed
• Observe and learn how financial reports, labor metrics, and performance data guide business decisions
• Assist with or observe cross-department collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and other operational areas
• Contribute to organizational projects that streamline processes, improve communication, or support guest service initiatives
• Attend department meetings and planning sessions when appropriate
• Perform other operational or administrative tasks as assigned
