• Strengthen skills in environmental communication and public engagement
• Learn how cultural values influence environmental stewardship and education
• Develop a portfolio of outreach products, field documentation, and communication pieces
• Build foundational knowledge of land stewardship, water quality, habitat restoration, and other departmental activities

• Interns should bring a packed lunch most days
• Fieldwork may take place across multiple Tribal properties
• Environmental interns will work the same scheduled days each week, excluding Fridays
