RIGHTS , RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROTECTION OF MINORS

Abstract
The purpose and the implementation of the chidren ' s right are the realization of the priority interest , and the protection of the minors and criminality , violence and any other form that risks their rights and freedom and their developement . The protection of the minors who have committed crime who by law are labeled as crimes , the education and the reeducation , assistance and the care of the minors , in the procedure at the court and of the other organs of the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Convention of the children ' s rights and other international agreements for the position of the infants in the justice system .
By law , is regulated the act of the children at risk including here also the infants which are defined as criminal acts , and hereby are determined the conditions for the implementation of the assistance , care , protection , the eduacational and alternative measurment and the punishment of the infants .
The measure or the sanction that is imposed to the adults must respond to his personality , the weight of the act which by law is defined as a criminal act and its consequences , the need of his education , reeducation , education and developement , in order so that the infant will be protected and all of these gose in the interest of the insant .
With all the the efforts made , by taking and exploring some of the informations about the infants , I treated the issues and the challenges of law for the rights and the protection of the infants .
