III. A RTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE VISUALIZATION APPLICATION

This research focuses on the research hotspots, research
frontiers, and keyword clustering in the field of educational
artificial intelligence. This study uses software CiteSpace to
map the Visualization application of educational artificial
intelligence, and analyzes the retrieved literature through
content analysis method, which helps to elaborate and
expound the application of artificial intelligence technology
in China's education field.
B. Data source
The research data comes from the China Academic
Journals Network Publishing Library (CNKI). The Chinese
Library in CNKI is the full-text database of the Chinese
Journal, which is the largest continuous dynamic update of
Chinese journals [9]. The content covers natural science,
engineering technology, humanities, and social sciences. As
of February 2014, more than 8030 academic journals have
been included in China, and some journals have traced back
to the founding. The search method is “Article Name =
Artificial Intelligence”, the source category is “Core Journal
and CSSCI”, the document category is set as the journal
paper, the time is set to “Unlimited—2018”, and 1392
records are retrieved (the search time is 2018). Excluding
the invalid notices such as meeting notices and duplicate
documents, 1362 valid records were finally obtained.
A. Research steps
In this study, the selected literature data preprocessed by
the data format converter of CiteSpace, and then imported
into CiteSpace for scientific knowledge map generation.
The parameters of CiteSpace are set as follows: the period is
from 2006 to 2017, the time slice is 1 year, and the node
type is “Keyword”. The threshold of the analytical data is
top N% = 50%. This paper uses the Pathfinder cropping
method to generate the relevant map.

keyword literature has shown an increasing trend, which
may be related to important international academic activities,
such as international labor [10, 11]. The International Joint
Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI) is one of the
most important academic conferences in artificial
intelligence, held in a single year. In 2008, the global
financial turmoil hit all occupations, and the international
artificial intelligence field was affected. The number of
