papers on artificial intelligence research declined.

The results show that the domestic artificial intelligence
research is in a state of silence before 2017. It will explode
in 2017, and 279 articles will be issued, reaching the
maximum value, accounting for 20.4% of the total articles
(because the 2018 papers are not fully published, no
Incorporate statistics). In 2018, the number of publications
has only counted on June 26, and it has reached 293 [15]. It
shows the rapid development of artificial intelligence
related research.

C. Cited clustering knowledge map
5786 related articles covered 98 subject categories. Use
TDA to output the subject category field, generate a
co-occurrence matrix of subjectcategory, import the matrix
into Ucinet and Netdraw, and use its drawing function to
obtain the co-occurrence map of the international artificial
intelligence research subject category, as shown in Figure 5.
The figure shows seven distinct clusters, including
computer science, engineering, automation and control
systems, medicine, social sciences, philosophy, mining,
medical informatics, mathematical sciences, chemistry,
agriculture, astronomy, and earth sciences [12]. In order to
carry out a more detailed analysis of the field of artificial
intelligence research, it is classified into 11 fields by
clustering results of subject categories and manual
interpretation. The analysis of the amount and proportion of
papers in each field can show its research heat and
importance.
Figure 7: GUI of the cited documents
The GUI shows the cited documents (these documents
reflect the knowledge base), which are also the node
information displayed directly in the map. This aspect is
attributed to the continuous breakthrough and development
of domestic artificial intelligence technology, which has led
to the discussion and research of relevant theories. On the
other hand, it is attributed to the state's emphasis on
artificial intelligence and big data, which has promoted the
development and progress of artificial intelligence research.
IV. C ONCLUSION
The research and application of artificial intelligence
involves computer science, engineering, automation and
control systems, medical informatics, and mathematics.
Computer science, automated control systems, and
engineering are the core disciplines of researchers' attention.
As a branch of computer science, the field of artificial
intelligence has been absorbing new theories and principles
over time, involving automation and control systems science,
medicine, mathematical science and chemistry, biological
sciences, astronomy and earth sciences. It has penetrated
into the social sciences such as philosophy, psychology,
history, anthropology, and sociology, and has become a
science with a wide range of disciplines and a wide range of
Visualization application.

D. Issue analysis
Statistical analysis of the publication year, from the time
distribution can understand the development history and
research heat of the research topic. According to the results
of CNKI search, the annual amount of domestic artificial
intelligence is published [13, 14]. In the past 27 years, 1362
papers have published. The earliest published research on
artificial intelligence in journals and CSSCI journals began
in 1992. Zhuang Renqing systematically introduced the
current situation of the development and application of
artificial intelligence technology in various power
companies in Japan, and opened the level of artificial
intelligence research in China to a better level.
