Artificial intelligence technology has great potential for innovation and application prospects. China has carried out active exploration and research in the educational artificial intelligence, and it is necessary to sort out these research results. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value to explore the characteristics of artificial intelligence and grasp the development of disciplines [5]. This study uses literature statistical analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis and terminology detection analysis to reveal the research status and research hotspots in the field of international artificial intelligence in the new century, in order to provide useful inspiration for domestic scholars in this field. Abstract—Machine learning is an inevitable outcome of the development of artificial intelligence research to a certain stage. It has become the most popular technology in the fields of computer vision and natural language processing. Learning techniques such as inductive logic programming, neural network-based connectionist learning technology, and statistical learning theory are constantly evolving. The shortcomings of various learning techniques in data representation and result processing have become a concern of many scholars. As one of the cutting-edge science and technology in the 21st century, artificial intelligence has a profound impact on education. This research is based on the artificial intelligence in Visualization Application for nearly 12 years. It has carried out visual analysis of research hotspots and frontiers. In addition, this study also discusses the research content through cluster analysis, discusses the influence of artificial intelligence on Chinese education field, and reflects on it. Section II of this paper presents the introduction of the topic. Section II will focus on the research tools and data source. Section III of this paper will focus on the application of Artificial Intelligence Visualization Application in Internet of Things and Big Data Environment, and at the same time, based on the large data, the framework proposed in this paper will be studied. The structure is validated and analyzed; the last section will make a conclusion of this paper. I. I NTRODUCTION The term "artificial intelligence" (AI) first proposed at the Dartmouth conference organized by the American Computer Society in 1956. To the present, it has been more than half a century, the concept of artificial intelligence gets continuous expansion and extension. By its very nature, artificial intelligence is the science of how to create intelligent machines or intelligent systems to simulate human intelligence activities to extend the science of human intelligence [1]. China's artificial intelligence research started late but developed rapidly. In 1978, China's 10-year scientific development program listed "intelligent simulation" as the most important research of computer science. In 1981, the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society was established. In the new century, the organization of China's artificial intelligence society has expanded rapidly, ushered in a new stage of development, and independent innovation has achieved important results, which is promoting the rapid development of information technology, indicating another wave of "artificial intelligence fever". II. R ESEARCH TOOLS AND DATA SOURCE A. Research tools This article uses the visual literary analysis software citespace 5.2, which was developed in 2003 by the Chinese scholar Chen Chaomei from the School of Information Science and Technology at Drexel University in the United States based on the JAVA program. It is mainly based on the theory of co-citation analysis and pathfinder network scaling (PF-NET). Through a series of visualization maps, it forms the analysis of the potential dynamic mechanism of discipline evolution and the detection of the frontier of discipline development [7, 8]. This paper mainly uses CiteSpace 5.2 software to draw the artificial intelligence research of visualization knowledge map, which analyzes the annual publication volume, subject distribution, research institutions of domestic artificial intelligence. Hotspots and frontiers outline the development of research, and provide some reference for domestic artificial intelligence researchers. In 2016, at the “Imagination Education Technology Summit Forum” held by Baidu, experts and scholars from various fields discussed the development direction of artificial intelligence in the future [2]. The 2017 New Online Education Industry White Paper published by iiMedia Research, a global data mining and analysis organization, shows that artificial intelligence/big data technology will enable a wide range of personalized education [3].
