Mix them with a bowl of fruits and nuts and you have the perfect mix of vitamins, minerals and healthy food for those long and stressful days ahead of you.

The best part of all these healthy snacks is that you won’t gain weight while eating them. Most of these healthy foods actually increase the productiveness of your digestive track. This means that the vitamins and nutrition’s they are better absorbed by the body. They are not expensive to buy and you can mix them up in large variety of combinations.

So next time you feel a huge graving coming up forget about those unhealthy snacks that will satisfy you for just an hour. Decrease productivity by grabbing a bowl with some fruits, raisons and dark chocolate and feel the energy and productivity flow through you.
