School from nine to five and then its time to hit the books, the deadlines are dangerously close-by and those tests are breathing down your neck. There are probably a few overnighters a head. So eating nuts while studying can help you to improve your memory. Vegetables:
A healthy snack doesn’t have to take a lot of time to prepare. Just get a small bowl and a handful of Cherry tomatoes and you’re done. Tomatoes aren’t only good for helping you study they are also extremely healthy. Researchers discovered that vegetables not only contain large quantities of antioxidants, they also contain vitamins and acids which improve the blood stream and reduce heart diseases, they can lower the risk for prostate cancer and support bone health when you eat them on a regular basis.
