The only thing you have to make sure of you have, are tortilla wraps. The rest is something you can fill in yourself. It can be anything you have left in your freezer.
Ingredients:
- Tortilla wraps
- Paprika (or e.g tomatoes)
- Any meat that you have left in your freezer.
Kitchen supplies:
- Oven
- Pan
Preperation:
The only thing you might want to do in advance is take the meat out of the freezer so it has time to defrost.
1. Pre-heat the oven at 200⁰C
2. If not chopped up yet: chop up your vegetables
3. Cook the meat
4. If the meat is done, throw in the paprika with the meat
5. Scoop the mixture on to an opened wrap and divide it evenly.
6. Close the wrap and smear some sweet chilli sauce on the closed wrap
7. Put the wraps in the oven for 15 minutes. If you don’t have an oven you can also use a pan to heat the tortillas but that is more work.
You see cooking doesn’t have to be a lot of work, you can make it as easy as you want it to be and add or substract ingredients to your liking. You don’t have to make a problem out of cooking, just make sure you make it taste good.
