hristmas music playing, lights shin-
ing bright, and children whispering
their Christmas wishes into Santa’s
ear. Santa’s Wonderland of Lights &
Amusements returns to downtown Oxford
this holiday season. Bring the whole fam-
ily for festive fun every Friday and Satur-
day night until Christmas plus a bonus
day on Sunday, December 23.
Santa’s Wonderland of Lights & Amuse-
ments is located at 25 West Choccolocco
Street, and is open from 6:00 to 9:00 pm on
December 7-8, 14-15, and 21-23.
There’s something for everyone to enjoy
at Santa’s Wonderland. From the Christmas
ride to the ferris wheel to meeting Old St.
Nick himself! Tickets are $7 for the Santa’s
Wonderland Ride, $5 for the Holiday Ferris
Wheel, or $10 for a combo ticket.

Oxford native Jeremy Cruze owns Santa’s
Wonderland of Lights & Amusements. “I
love being able to provide a Christmas
atmosphere for people to come and see
lights,” he says, “and it makes it all worth-
while to see little kids’ faces light up to see
the lights and Santa.”
While visiting Santa’s Wonderland you may
recall a much spookier house of amuse-
ments recently found at 25 West Choccoloc-
co Street, The Terrortorium Haunted House.
Yes, Cruze transforms his haunted house
every November into a beautiful and bright
place for kids of all ages to enjoy.
“It’s lots and lots of quick turnaround work
going from Halloween to Christmas,” Cruze
explains. “It has been more than a full time
