The Lion King
The Lion King was first released in 1994 and
became one of the most known and loved
Disney movie. Critics have called it a –
‘stunning, glorious family film’ and as the
‘ruler of the animation world with a story
that is fun and instructive.’ The movie has
transformed into the theatres and has
become the highest-grossing stage show in
history, grossing 3.8 billion globally in 2014.
Now, it has returned in a new vamped
animation, re-telling the known story of
‘Simba’ and his animal kingdom. The teaser
trailer was released in November 2018,
becoming the most viewed teaser trailer
with 224.8 million global views. The cast
are : Beyoncé as ‘Nala’, James Earl Jones as
‘Mufusa’ once again, Donald Glover as
‘Simba’, Chiwetel Ejiofor as ‘Scar’, Seth
Rogen as ‘Pumbaa’, Eric Andre as ‘Azizi’…….
It will be coming out on the 19 th July 2019.
