The Marlowe Theatre’s restaurant The Green Room. Here we
serve freshly cooked food made on-site by our chefs, using the
best of local ingredients.
Cosy and informal, The Green Room is the perfect place to relax
with friends and enjoy delicious food.
If you are seeing a performance at the theatre, we also offer a
special pre-show menu - with the chance to enjoy your dessert
at the interval.
During the day, we serve coffee and teas made by our baristas,
tasty homemade cakes and light lunches. In the summer, you
can eat and drink alfresco on The Sunley Terrace, overlooking
the picturesque River Stour.

The Green Room is open for lunch and pre-show meals at the
following times:
Monday to Saturday 9am - 8pm
Sunday: Closed (unless there is a show in the theatre)
Reservations can be taken for lunch and evening meals and our
pre-show menu is available from two hours before theatre
performances.
