countryside The Dining Room @ Elvey Farm truly is the perfect
destination restaurant. Found at the centre of a medieval
farmstead, the beautiful sixteenth century barn is the ideal setting
for lunch, an evening meal or a traditional Afternoon Tea.
So why not escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, unwind
and relax, enjoy a warm welcome and sample some of Kent's finest
local ales, ciders, wines and wonderful wholesome food. In the
winter, a crackling fire will greet you in the bar. In the summer, eat
alfresco on the terrace or the lawn, while enjoying a refreshing glass
of summer Pimm`s or Biddenden vineyards sparkling wines.
Henry James once wrote, “There are few hours in life more
agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as
afternoon tea.” And boy was he right! Celebrate a special occasion
or indulge in a little treat, come and experience Afternoon Tea the
Elvey way, with freshly made scones, finger sandwiches, an
abundance of home-made cakes and a variety of loose leaf teas.

Elvey Farm itself boasts eleven individually designed guest rooms in
its converted Barn, Stable Block, Oast House and Granary. What
could be more tempting than spending the night sleeping amongst
ancient beams after a sumptuous dinner? It beats arguing about
who's going to drive home!

The Dining Room @ Elvey Farm is open for dinner Tuesday to
Sunday from 6.30pm and also for lunch Wednesday to Sunday.
Afternoon Tea is served Wednesday to Saturday.
Elvey Farm is also available for exclusive use catering for Weddings
(Marquee available May – October), Civil Ceremonies, Christenings,
Birthday Celebrations, Funerals etc.
