THE BRASSERIE ON THE BAY
An intimate venue nestled on the Bay of Sandwich, The
Lodge at Prince’s offers an all new option to diners on
the South East coast in this modern, contemporary
Brasserie on the Bay. Even before you walk through the
door, The Lodge is blessed with stunning views across
the English Channel and over to the White Cliffs of
Ramsgate, with The Brasserie surrounded by endless
views of the courses at Prince’s. The world-famous
cathedral city of Canterbury and the beautiful medieval
town of Sandwich are both within easy reach of The
Lodge and this sanctuary on the private bay.

In addition, The Lodge also offers a cosy lounge and
bar with log ?res, and our wide selection of drinks and
cocktails, our award-winning mixologist has twisted the
classics to compliment the dishes on offer in The
Brasserie. If the weather is favourable, the terrace is a
wonderful place to while away the evening.
There is also the option to extend your evening to an
overnight stay in our comfortable bedrooms and enjoy
a wonderful Kentish Breakfast the next morning.

Menus are created to coincide with seasonal produce,
wherever possible local Kentish providers are chosen to
ensure the experience you receive is of the highest
quality, whilst also showing our passion for native
cuisine. Even our Brasserie on the Bay chef, Michael
Fowler, is home grown; a local from the Sandwich area
who learnt his trade working under renowned chefs.
With a passion for ?sh, we are by the sea after all, as
well as the more hearty meat dishes, our menus are
among the ?nest to be found on the South East coast.

Local foragers are used to locate the freshest of local
ingredients; seaweed, ?owers and wild mushrooms are
all a perfect accompaniment to all the dishes available
in The Brasserie.
