Our award winning Australian Chef Graham Green brings elements of home together with local produce to provide a range of menus to suit all tastes and our portions are never on the small side so always come hungry… Service is warm, friendly but ef?cient. Our teams aim is to ensure your time with us is relaxed and that you leave looking forward to your next visit. Whilst with us feel free to test their knowledge on the history of the house, with almost 400 years behind us there is plenty to talk about, from Charles II & Cromwell to Lord Kitchener. Though the drive down is impressive there is a beautiful welcoming feel as you step through the doors. We offer bar meals every day, cream teas with warm scones & home made cakes & our renowned Pie & Pudding menu on Tuesdays. We also specialise in Gluten free food, the majority of the dishes on our Grazing menu are gluten free so you can dine without worrying. Simply a long list of starter size dishes from which you can choose how many courses you would like, in whatever order and yes some guests have started with a cheese course and ended on the Duck Con?t!
