Where have you worked previously ?
Before joining Copper Ceylon , I had the privilege of working in various hotels , restaurants , and cruise ships – ten in total . This experience allowed me to acquire knowledge in pastry , bakery , hot kitchen , cold kitchen , and butchery . As a chef , I ' ve gained valuable experience in both 5-star hotels and fine dining establishments . To name a few , I ' ve worked at Jetwings Hotel , Carnival Cruises , and Hilton Hotels .

What is your signature dish ?
I would have to say our Jaffna mutton curry is a standout . It embodies the authentic flavours of Jaffna , a city located at the northern tip of Sri Lanka .
What is your guilty pleasure ?
I occasionally find myself singing loudly while I ' m at work !
