NALIN S WICKRAMASINGHA

What led you to become a chef ?
I started assisting my mother in the kitchen when I was younger . Her cooking made a profound impression on me , especially when she rewarded my help with chocolates , particularly when grating coconut daily for curries . This love for cooking ultimately inspired me to pursue a career as a chef .
Where did you receive your training ?
After successfully completing my advanced studies , I enrolled at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management . In 2018 , I graduated with a degree in Hotel and Catering Operations . Following that , I gained further training as an executive chef at a 5-star hotel .
