The design process began back in 2012 and we are currently looking at a build completion estimate of 2024 .

How did you find the balance between an excellent design-led build that also has to be kept to budget ?
We have never compromised on our design or build quality which is what makes us different and sets our houses apart . We build houses that we would want to live in , this means that customers are provided with a combination of excellent design and outstanding value with the peace of mind that their home is built to an exceptionally high standard .
As with any business budgets are important , but we work with exceptional suppliers who understand our requirements and of course we are all kept in line by our fantastic accounts team .
Where do you start with interior layout for a home that needs to appeal to a mix of homebuyers ?
Housebuilding runs in our family and it ’ s our hands-on experience and understanding of the market and design development details that keeps us connected to our customers and what they are looking for . We think of the little things like patio lighting , USB points , underfloor heating , and alarm systems so that homebuyers don ’ t have to , and this generous specification means no hidden extras .
