● Management of the ECP ( 10 %)
● Project Delivery and Control ( 20 %)
● Project Management ( 10 %)
● Digital Design Tools and Instruments ( 20 %)
● Construction Supervision ( 15 %)
● BIM ( 25 %) From the survey results , within each area of work ( e . g . management of ECP ), the digitalisation areas ( Time sheet , financial and HR management ) are given the same weightage . Based on the survey results and the assumptions made :
Management of the ECP ( 0.3919 x 10 %)
Project Delivery and Control ( 0.5252 x20 %)
Project Management ( 0.3291x10 %)

Digital Design Tools and Instruments ( 0.2287x20 %)
Construction Supervision ( 0.2798x15 %)
4.574
4.197
BIM ( 0.4968x25 %) 12.42
Based on the survey results and the assumptions made , the level of digitalisation is presently assessed to be 38.91 %. It is recommended that this baseline survey be carried out again in two years to determine the digitalisation level at that time .
