Welcome to CRM
Watch Magazine
This has been a tumultuous year for our industry, bringing
many ups and downs and the second longest slump in oil
prices we have ever seen. With that being said, the lean
times are often the times that bring the most innovation and
drive to change. In that vein, oilfield services and equipment
manufacturing are trending up and companies are quickly
learning that they need to invest in the next digital revolution.
That revolution? It’s the one based around data, artificial
intelligence, and taking a full 360° view of the customers
that companies are dealing with. Fortunately, that novel
concept and that revolution are both right on our doorstep.
At this point, the early adopters aren’t the only ones taking
advantage of these technologies, and companies who haven’t
changed—or refuse to change—are rapidly falling behind.
I, for one, am very excited to see what the future is going to
bring us.
In this issue, we explore some of the technology trends in
both manufacturing and CRM which are changing the way
companies do business and enabling them to take better
advantage of the resources and logistics that they already
have available to them.
As always, we would love to hear your feedback and any
suggestions for topics you may want to see in future issues.
Just drop us a line at [email protected].
Much continued success,
Paul K. Fury
