Hello Jefferson Hills community!

My name is Rachel Brehm, and I am excited to begin my journey as the new director of the Jefferson Hills Public Library. When I tell people I’ m a librarian, the expectation for some is that I sit in a tranquil space with towering shelves of dusty books. But anyone who has gone into a library recently, especially during a raucous storytime, knows that libraries are bright, cheerful places of play, imagination, conversation, and joy. It’ s why I’ ve always loved the library. It was the place I could go as a kid to pick out the books I wanted all by myself, and as an adult, it’ s a place where I can see my community gather, learn something new, and still pick out the books I want all by myself.
The Jefferson Hills Public Library has been a cornerstone in the community for over 60 years as a space where kids can explore their interests and neighbors can meet and learn. The library is a place with an open door, where people of all ages and

Print from Anywhere with New Wireless Printing Service

Printing documents just got easier. Jefferson Hills Public Library introduced a new wireless printing service in May, giving patrons the flexibility to send print jobs from a phone, tablet, or computer, whether at home, at work, or on the go.
Using the new service is simple. Visit https:// jeffersonhills. eprintitsaas. com / public / upload to upload a file, or download the TBS ePRINTit app, available for iOS and Android. The app allows users to send files directly from their device, email, or cloud storage services, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. After selecting print settings and entering basic information, documents can be printed and released at the library. Once the print job is submitted, stop by the library, provide the name of the job at the front desk, and pay with cash, check, or credit card to release the documents.
This service supports a wide range of file types and includes options for black and white or color printing.
experiences can enter and feel welcomed. I strive to continue and build on that tradition.
With that in mind, the
Rachel Brehm library is here to support you by keeping the shelves filled with books you want to read, providing programs that spark your interest, and ensuring staff are responsive to your requests.
As we welcome summer, the library is ready for you with programming for all ages and interests, new summer vacation reads, or a cool air-conditioned respite from the heat. I am looking forward to meeting many of you either in the library space or out in the community at events and gatherings. I am excited for the next chapter we’ ll write together.
Print costs remain the same: 15 cents per page for black and white and 50 cents for color.
The TBS ePRINTit platform is secure and user-friendly. Whether printing documents, schoolwork, or something from the cloud, wireless printing at Jefferson Hills Public Library offers added convenience for everyday needs.
