Windsor Healthcare staff and Christina Wilkening, Pathways Partner Spotlight: Windsor Healthcare Pathways is grateful for the opportunity to continually develop new healthcare partnerships throughout northern Colorado. For more than a year, Pathways has worked closely with Windsor Healthcare Center and thoroughly enjoyed cultivating this relationship. Windsor Healthcare Center is a division of SavaSeniorCare that provides rehabilitation and long-term care for patients across northern Colorado. They operate with the goal of helping patients achieve the best possible health and respecting human dignity at all levels. Like Pathways, they strive to treat patients as though they are family. Throughout the month of November, Pathways has collaborated with Windsor Healthcare Center for a Thanksgiving food drive. Residents will help put together a dozen baskets of donated Thanksgiving food items, which will then be given to community members in need. Pathways is one of Windsor Healthcare Center’s primary hospice providers, and we continue to serve more and more patients at their facility. It has been a pleasure getting to work with all the nurses and staff and we look forward to continuing this partnership in the future.
