Norwin High School team under the direction of Mr. Kevin Chitester earned first place in KDKA’s Hometown High Q academic quiz show during the fall competition. The team of Erin Crust, senior; Andy Halza (Captain), senior; and Hunter Stecko, senior, competed against students from Brashear and Springdale high schools. The show was originally broadcast on KDKA on October 15, 2016, and is archived online at www. kdka.com. After selecting the appropriate job category (school nurse, food service worker, secretary, etc.) you will create a user name and password to start the online application.
