Meet at the library at 12:30 for the bus to Manchester
Craftsman’s Guild. The bus returns at 3:30. Registration begins
July 1, and a guardian must come to the library to fill out a
permission slip. Space is limited.
TEEN SUMMER READING FINALE PARTY WITH
CREATIVE REUSE
6 p.m., Friday, Aug. 9
Open to every teen who participated in the summer reading
program. Create your own rocket out of recyclables with staff
from the Center for Creative Reuse while enjoying snacks and
drinks. Raffle prize drawing too!
HOUSE OF HORROR MOVIE CLUB
6 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 13
Kids in 6th grade and up are invited to these teen-run horror
movie nights. Parent permission is required to attend each
film; please pick up an informational brochure containing the
movie schedule and a permission slip in the Teen Space! All
films are rated PG or PG-13.
DUELS & DICE
3:30 p.m., Thursdays in August
A monthly hangout for fans of tabletop roleplaying and
collectible trading card games such as Dungeons and
Dragons and Magic the Gathering. Bring your own cards,
minis, and dice to trade, paint, and play. The library provides a
dungeonmaster, playmats, and rulebooks.
GIRLS’ NIGHT OUT – MOTHER/DAUGHTER BOOK CLUB

Have fun discussing a new thought-provoking book each
month with other moms and daughters who love to read! For
girls ages 10 - 13 and their moms.

Staff from the Carnegie Museum of Natural History will
explore the prehistoric world of dinosaurs with replica fossil
specimens and activities. For kids going into Kindergarten–
