can enjoy an hour of petting and dog loving with Therapy

and nutrition with topical discussions and gentle movement

Cathy Tuttle from the Himalayan Institute will focus on
breath work, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Registration

AARP DRIVERS SAFETY CLASS
5 p.m., Monday, Oct. 21
This one-day class is for people who have taken the full
course within the past three years. Register at 412.531.1912,
ext. 209. Space is limited! For questions about the class, call
the instructor, John Spavaro, at 412.531.5690. Cost is $15 for
AARP members; $20 for nonmembers (payable at class). At
this class, you’ll learn the current rules of the road, defensive
driving techniques, and how to operate your vehicle more
safely in today’s increasingly challenging driving
environment. AARP membership is not required to take the
course and there are no tests to pass.
