From measuring satisfaction levels to identifying barriers to participation, each question helps us build a clearer picture of what’ s working and what needs attention.
We also asked about communication preferences, so we can share composting updates and educational content in the ways that work best for you— whether that’ s through email, social media, or local newsletters.
