FOX CHAPEL AREA POLAR PLUNGE TEAM RAISES NEARLY $ 31,000
Total Most of Any School in Pennsylvania for 4th Consecutive Year
A group of Fox Chapel Area High School and Dorseyville Middle School students raised $ 30,881 in the 2026 Cool Schools Polar Plunge. For the fourth consecutive year, the total raised by Fox Chapel Area’ s team was the highest amount collected by a team in Pennsylvania. The money raised will support Special Olympics Unified Sports teams at Fox Chapel Area and across the state, which promote inclusion through competitive experiences. During the past four years, the Fox Chapel Area Polar Plunge team has raised $ 152,888.

The Fox Chapel Area High School and Dorseyville Middle School students participated in the Pittsburgh Cool Schools Polar Plunge on February 27 at Acrisure Stadium.
