Mark Consolmagno - Public Works
Officer Massey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal
Justice from Edinboro University and most recently worked as a
patrol officer for Sewickley Borough, Leetsdale Borough, and Stowe
Township. Officer Massey was sworn in by Mayor Dennis Troy and
will now start his Field Training Program. With the hiring of Officer
Massey, our department now has patrol 12 patrol officers and
1 patrol Sergeant.
