FROM THE DESK OF BRENTWOOD BOROUGH PARKS & RECREATION DIRECTOR, JIM ATTANUCCI

As the vibrant greens of summer begin to give way to the rich oranges, reds, and golds of fall, we welcome a new chapter in our community’ s seasonal story. The air becomes crisp, the days a little shorter, and a renewed sense of comfort and tradition begins to settle over our town. As your Parks and Recreation Director, I am thrilled to usher in the festivities that autumn and winter bring to our parks, programs, and community spaces.
Fall is a magical time to enjoy the outdoors. Whether it’ s taking a scenic stroll along a leaf-lined walkway, sipping cider at one of our community events, or cheering on our youth sports teams, there are countless ways to experience the season’ s beauty. The Parks & Recreation Department works year-round to ensure that as the seasons change, so do our offerings— creating fresh opportunities for residents of all ages to connect, play, and celebrate.
As we move into winter, the spirit of togetherness only grows stronger. Our department looks

forward to hosting festive holiday events, and recreation programs that provide warmth, and a sense of community during the colder months. Our programming isdesigned to bring people together and create lasting memories.
We also recognize that the fall and winter seasons offer a chance to slow down and reflect. Whether you’ re visiting a park for some quiet time, joining a fitness class to stay active, or volunteering at one of our events, our goal is to offer experiences that appeal to every individual and leave a lasting impression. On behalf of the entire Parks and Recreation Department, thank you for supporting our efforts throughout the year.
We are honored to serve this incredible community and are excited for all the ways we will share happiness in the seasons ahead.”
Wishing you a safe, colorful fall and a joyful, peaceful winter.
