pursue leadership roles that allow me to be part of the solution to the challenges facing our profession .
As I look forward to the year ahead , I am excited to meet and collaborate with my fellow nursing students at the upcoming NSNA Annual Convention in Seattle . My goal as a member of the Resolutions Committee is to foster a sense of unity and community among nursing students . I believe that by coming together , we can amplify our voices and create meaningful change that will benefit not only nursing students but also the profession at large . I am committed to helping create an environment where students feel empowered to engage in the resolution process , share their ideas , and work toward common goals that reflect our collective vision for the future of nursing .
Together , we can advocate for the changes that will define the future of healthcare and ensure that the voices of nursing students are heard and respected . I am excited about the opportunity to work with such a talented and passionate group of individuals on the Resolutions Committee , and I look forward to the incredible progress we will make together this year . See you in Seattle !

Greetings NSNA Members ! I am thrilled and honored to be serving as a member of the NSNA Resolution Committee ! I ’ m in my final year of Nursing School at California State University Channel Islands . After graduation , I aspire to serve in my community and return to school to become a Nurse Educator .
Through my nursing school journey , I ’ ve been involved in CSUCI ’ s Student Nurses ’ Association as a Social Chair , Vice President , and currently serving as the President of our SNA chapter . This is my first year serving at the NSNA level , and I am thrilled to be contributing to an important committee !
Student advocacy has been an integral part of my college journey . On my campus , I ’ ve had enriching experiences with resolutions through my previous roles as a Student Government intern , Senator of Student Engagement , and recently as a Student Government Vice President . Through these experiences I am able to remain objective in reviewing and presenting resolutions . I have seen firsthand how resolutions can impact tangible and positive change across universities , and I look forward to sharing these insights at a national level with our collaborative connections with NSNA chapters .
Resolutions are a powerful tool to express our shared mission and united voices . I look forward to meeting with NSNA chapters to share the importance of writing resolutions and support our peers throughout the process . I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in a national capacity and look forward to meeting you in-person at the NSNA Annual Convention in Seattle , Washington !

Hello , NSNA members ! I ’ m excited to be part of this vibrant community and to engage with all of you who are passionate about shaping the future of healthcare . As a nursing student at Seattle University , and with 15 years of experience as a birth professional advocating for queer and disabled communities , I ’ ve seen how systems need to shift to truly honor the people they serve . I ’ m not here to simply accept the way things are — I ’ m here to help change them .
