Basic products?
The basic products that the collaboration will be selling is summer items which can be dressed up or dressed down; suitable for many different occasions. The collection will include many summer dresses, which will vary from tight, body con dresses to flowy skater style dresses. Floral print will be largely included and certain items will have different embroidery such as lace, thread and beading. Denim will also be largely included in this collection, such as denim skirts and denim jackets.
Pricing Strategy?
The collaboration has the target audience of young women, so I want the collaboration to be affordable for students and want all students to be able to somehow access a discount. Although I’m aware that not everything can be affordable there will be a range in different pricing. The dresses on the current Lipsy London website vary from a very low £8.00 up to £220. The more expensive dresses will be the premium range, which will be accessible on the website in its own section and some will be available instore but they are limited stock as they are rare.
What services will you offer?
In store good customer service will be offered, meaning customers will be greeted appropriately and staff will be there to help, being that help is required. The staff will not be pushy and their attitude towards selling the products will not be forced, it will flow naturally. Customers can ask the staff members advice and the staff members can state their opinions and help customers find whole outfits.
Alternatively, the customers can opt for a personal shopper to put together outfits for them if their style is described to them and the type of thing they are looking for the personal shopper will find many outfits with no trouble
