Trainers Form Teams
to Minister
The ministry in Latin America strode forward with
renewed focus on equipping more trainers. New
trainers arrived in teams for their leadership program
in order to enhance their effectiveness and improve
accountability. Facilitating the process is a new
Spanish translation of the trainers’ supplemental
materials. Coach-trainer Vernon Hiebert brought
more cohesion to the strategy for the region, while
French-speaking coach-trainer Marilyn Rollier
developed training capacity in the French Caribbean
