Gambling . com Group Shoulder to the wheel
With an acquisition and forecastbeating earnings , chief executive Charles Gillespie had a lot to talk about when he spoke to the analysts .
“ While our financial performance has been impressive and industryleading for years , it is our culture of execution which should excite our investors most ,” he said . “ When we put our collective shoulder into something , we win , and there are a vast number of opportunities in our industry .”
He was speaking after GAMB announced fourth quarter revenues that rose 52 % to $ 32.5m while adjusted EBITDA was up 54 % to $ 10.6m . The full-year 2023 numbers were no less impressive : revenue for the 12 months rose 42 % to $ 108.7m while adjusted EBITDA was up 53 % to $ 36.7m .
Its forecasts for 2024 are for revenue to come in at $ 129- $ 133m , a 21 % uplift , while adjusted EBITDA is predicted to be $ 44m- $ 48m .
Importantly , North American revenue for the fourth quarter was up over 100 % to $ 20.3m , bucking the trend from elsewhere . This included what it said was a “ strong contribution ” from the launch in late September in Kentucky .
